i'm dying to get playing. first, are more people being accepted into the beta? second, if so, how long does it take to get the word on whether or not you're good to go?

My buddy waited 2 days before getting accepted. This was about a month ago though. I'm sure they're still accepting people considering they need to test server loads.

It's not clear, they have not been announcing how many/when users are being added.

If you snag a copy of the MW issue of PC Gamer you can get a key.

Open beta is Soon^TM. Like, literally, within two weeks, in all likelihood.

I, myself, am probably going to have to pick up the PC Gamer mag for the beta code to get in. The MWO system scan didn't list my video card but instead displayed the integrated graphics from the CPU. I should have manually typed that in before hitting send. The devs probably look at that and think my PC won't be able to handle the game's requirements? Once the info is sent there's no way to go back and edit such.

I got in the next day after procrastinating the sign-up forever..wanna say that was early Sept. Laughed gleefully..then felt bad about it upon remembering all the folks who've been waiting for months to get it. It DOES seem really random, and I don't think I've heard anyone getting a "Dear John". It seems you're either "in" or waiting.

It takes about a day for the email to go out.

You just have to fill out the form on this site.

mine was given to me by accident they said.but ive since upgraded my system...i waited a few days..but that was over a month ago.

I applied about 3 weeks ago and got in a week after that but i still think there accepting people for the closed beta.
