Started with Genesis' Battletech some 18 years ago and never missed a BT game since then. MW, MC, CHI/R, MWLL, you name it! Played them all, except for MA series, of course :). I never player real TT(no TT fans in my hometown) but I play megamek from time to time.

1986. I was young and beautiful.

(and believe me, in Italy this game has never been popular at all!)

I'm 23 years old. I've been playing Mechwarrior/battletech games for 18 years. So most of my life. And don't regret a second of it.

It's good to be back!

I started off playing MechWarrior 2 in 1997 when it first came out. I was only 5 back then, but the franchise really stuck with me.

I've been playing consistently since MW2 on the Playstation. Got online with Mw3 and have played everything ever since. Before that, I did play the BTech game on the Sega for quite some time...too young to know what I was getting myself into at that point.

Never got into the TT, I was a WH40k and MTG kid.

I sure know how that feels. I started M3 2 weeks after the release at age 45. Of course I got the standard "your to old for this game" from the youngsters. I ended up Sa Khan of Clan Coyote in Starlance taking my blood name(Kufhal) by Blood right trials there. Played in BZ for Smoke Jags under the name SJ_Kraken and continued through M4 and Mercs. My wife also played under C_Vortex_Kerensky for Coyote later under Oathmate, she became Khan of Laughing Skulls in BTU. I was an Admin there. All in all I went through 7 leagues. Piloted for Grim Wolf Raiders for a bit before hanging up the stick untill something came back to peak my intrest At a rusty 58 now, I could sure use a WD40 bath right about now.

Knew of the TT since about 86 but never played since minis arent my thing. Started playing MW2 in about 97ish because I wanted to play a game that didnt have blood, headshots, dead bodies or screaming so it wouldnt bend my kids' brains. I really liked the MW community playing on MPlayer. I was also playing Heavy Gear 1 at the time. Played MW3 for a while then played Tribes. Then in Nov of 2000ish I started playing MW4 Veng and then Mercs from 2002 to 2007. Took a hiatus from MW to do some heavy roleplay in Second Life and came back to MW4 plaing both for the past 6 months. Ive been hooked on the new MW game since the 2009 trailer and I know Ill drop everything and play just MWO when it comes out. Hellz yeah.

I played Mechwarrior 2 31st century combat Back in 1995.

Man that was a cool game! (especially for DOS)

I've played all the mechwarrior games to my knowlage, and many of the games that wished they were Mechwarrior.. (cough..heavygear)

My all time favorite was definantly Mechwarrior 3. I just loved the Plot.. (Invasion gone horribly awry)

Good times.

I've also played through the Mechcommander games several times. (Loved Mechcommander Gold)

But thats a tatical command game, so I guess it's in a different catagory.

They're all in the Awesome catagory..
