Which house gets the ballistics?

I personally do not care much for lasers, and love RAC's, Gauss, HVAC's, LBX, ect. This may not be an issue, but I know that each house in BT lore tends to have their prefferences on size, weapons load out, ect. I do not know enough about the BT cannon to determine who manufactures and uses the best AC's.
This may not be an issue in game, but I would prefer to pick a faction that suits my playstyle. I generally tend to pilot scouts and mediums and favor the political stance of FS, CC, and FRR...but I do not know very much about their preferred weapon choices.

Err, the Helm Memory Core was found in 3028 - and this game begins in 3049.

Which means LBX-10 autocannons are re-introduced in 3035.

And Gauss Rifles where introduced soon after the Helm Memory Core was found:

They may not be as common as other weapons during this time period, but they where available to a degree. Just sayin'.

I want to make sure when the game goes live, I find a faction that suits my playstyle. I do not like unit hopping, and where ever I go I want to stay. The main thing I am concerned with is that I have large amounts of light, medium, and heavy mechs to choose from that have plenty of ballistic hard points, and a steady supply of various autocannons and ammo readily available.
In the past in NBT4 I enjoyed playing with fedsuns, capcon, and FRR. I suppose Fedsuns would be a good match for my playstyle, I just have some distain for how overplayed they are (not only the throngs of people sporting Davion surnames, but also the very overplayed "we are the most awsomest good guys in the galaxy" stereotype)... *shrug*
EDIT: does anyone know yet if AC's will be at least similar to the way they were in MW4? As in, take some skill to use and learn to give them proper lead when firing close to their max range? Part of what I enjoyed so much about MW ballistics was the learning curve of trajectories and speed...point and shoot lasers were too easy and boring.

I don't doubt that...but what I am wondering is if they will all be available at the same price or as readily available. (example: will a capcon chassis be as available and as cheap to someone fighting for LA)
My planning ahead is in the case that your ties may have more of an impact than just the decal on your mech. Maybe not, but just in case.

Well, that is why I wanted to know who had what guns before signing up anywhere. I did not want to end up somewhere I would go broke buying AC's and ammo.
Looking like I may have to get over my wanting to be different and start wearing a super hero cape while walking little old ladies across the street so I can live up to the Fedsuns reputation in order to have AC's and a large selection of medium mechs for cheap.
