And oh yeah, I've got about two battalions of original mech figures, including most of the unseen. (And a full company of Fleas...don't ask)

A battalion vs. battalion action on the table takes o LONG time to resolve, even with one player per lance.

It so nice to play Mechwarrior again and to be able to see so many of you as old as i am. It great feeling. i am half way across the world where people will laugh at you when you tell them that you play online game or a gamer. i will always remember my first mech, a commando in Mechcommander. I think it is SO COOL and the story line was so good. Internet then was for the rich only. I started online game when i was in my very late 30. Anyway, hope to know you all soon and maybe join a clan soon. ^_^V GL n HF

I think the slightly older age group is pretty awesome, all in all it makes for a much better community to play with and against. =]
23 Here Played every single MW game right from the start, sadly never the table top one though. =[

Interesting that there are so many younger ones here. I though Battletech was for us old fogies. :)

44 and I don't feel old at all... I don't look it either... Bonus! Besides, I thought the 40's were classed as middle aged.

Nice seeing younger ones getting into Battletech and Mechwarrior though. Hopefully, It won't die out for a very, very long time.

It's funny the supposed "whiny kids" which are pleaguing every community are completely out of this game and yet I still happen on o much immature, or downright stupid behavior on this forum. One would think adults would at least act better, but I really don't see any difference. B)

I wonder how many people voted their real age.
But I must admit that people here have above average wtiting skills.
Too bad the rant and the whining are kept on the same level as the other game forums.

Don't worry about the rant and whining, mostly it's done by the loudest ppl who don't have what to do or are upset on smth that shouldn't bother them that much.

239 votes so far, keep em coming! We wan't as much as possible!

On average, of course age effects maturity. I for one (Being 15 and extremely mature for my age.) am often offended when people base maturity on age. Base someone's maturity off of their actions, not their age.

older then i expected. i guess this is why the community is less forgiving to douche bags like muah, not that im under 18 but i am a D-bag.

You know, Kingarthur, if this was all you wanted to add into the discussion, you could've just bitten your lips.
Not only would it prevent the completely unnecessary necro, but you would also get closer to the behavior of people of your age.
