First of all:

Hello! My first post here on MWO forum. I hope theres room for yet another MW geek. I've been playing the earlier MW games, especially MW3 was awesome! I really hope that MWO will be all that we have been looking for, for the past decade.

I do have a few suggestions based on the ingame footage Ive seen so far:

- I obviously don't know how the game will feel, once released. I did notice that devs said that they wanted the experience to be that of a pilot, sitting in a cockpit. I think that instead of having the "holograms", giving you info on your mechs different systems, floating in front of you in the cockpit, why not use the actual screens we can see, already built into the cockpit graphics? As it looks now the info you get just obscure the graphics of the cockpit behind it. Why not use whats already there?

- The puffs of smoke that billow out when something explodes (like missiles), are a little generic looking. If they moved depending on where on the mech, something was blown up, (like outward to the left if hit on left arm), and also more for the engine to choose from, so every explosion looked more "real", it would greatly improve on the overall battle-look.
I know that the graphics may not be completely done yet, so maybe I worry over nothing here.

Thats about it. (for now :)

Thanks again for bringing this franchise back to life. I can't wait to start blow'ing stuff up.

-They are using the screens. They have multiple screens with secondary and tertiary information. What you see on the heads up display is just the most important info.

-The video is the game in it's pre-alpha state

There's a great thread here with alot of information for you to look over at your leisure. http://mwomercs.com/...-pretty-please/
