Nice patch, don't like how you can't nock over Mechs anymore. Need to put this back in.

ya thats exactly what happened, I made them double, and they got removed from my mech. Make sure you go and add them afterward.

my clanmates and i tested the double heatsinks, heat dissipation is the same.

This patch, with the Jenner JR7-K, is like christmas. Went and bought it, with maxed Ferro-Fibrus armor and the Endo-Steel structure, and there is so much more room for weapons and things.

I'd call the removal of a CN9-AH conciding with YLW release, blocking the way to the Elite efficiencies tier and not mentioned in the patch notes simply - a fraud. But that's something that could've been expected from PGI/IGP tandem due to their previous moneygrabbing habits.

Also I wonder, have anyone tried to sell your hard earned mech? It offers some 200K CBs for Commando upgraded with Endo, Ferro and DHS (without items cost, some 680K in my case). Due to Centurion trick I'm not sure that it's a bug.

Much as I hate to say it, I lolled. They said when the next cent will be in, if your finding waiting a week to be fraudulent then dear lord.......

new patch and still dont able to play this game ... always the same every time i try to join a battle my game crashes in the battleloading screen there is not a single match i can join .

Just watched the new tutorial vid... Is that really how this game runs for most people? $#!+, no wonder I get my arse kicked. If I had the luxury of a shot actually firing when I click, rather than 2 1/2 seconds later, I might have a KILL-DEATH ratio better than 0.11. Forget the bloody graphics, I'd be happy if the game looked like MW2 if only I could play without lag.

Now getting much better fps with low graphics setings than before. plays much more smoothly.

Game now shuts down properly on exit - excellent.

Still cant get into River City at all - was reported fixed - ill reopen my ticket.

Stock mechs seem to overheat much more than they used to even on the ice map.

Was the dragon hitbox altered - i dotn seem to get cored as much any more?

LOL . Lost all my mechs but i got 27,600,000+ CB instead at least . Thanks! Now I can build proper mech without playing hundreds of matches :)

No collisions? nice the game is turning into an arcade mech play for fun, hey go shoot stuff just press click and rush have fun yayyyy pay money for new mechs that are going to be deleted next patch so you will have to buy the new one yayyy.

this is going worst every patch

Cant enter Battle. I get booted back to Mech Lab. anyone else having this issue? I have turned off V sync and even dropped video settings to Med. im running a MEGA SYSTEM $16000 so i can run 4 MWO at once and use autocad and 3D max and watch 30 movies..hehe im internet is 30MB, so thats not a problem Im reinstalling now..

Any help.

But it's Beta, so you're not entitled or guaranteed to see the graph, and PGI hasn't promised that it would be visible for you. Perhaps they'll fix it with next patch.

Mech-Lab becomes worser and worser


PGI should completely rework the Mech-Lab structure.

from patch to patch, the mechlab becomes more and more "overloaded" with "badly placed tabs and buttons".

Mech-Lab visuals are still very poor and the structures are overloaden and complicated.

Read the patch notes... you can't set the FoV to LESS than 60.

The new launcher is sweet, good job.
I like the new Mechalb layout, two things though:
1. why is it still not fullscreen? It takes about 30% of my screen and reading the tiny text is really difficult
2. drop the "do you want to save changes" prompt if no changes were made.
Also, changing the order might be a good idea - first structure/armor/heatsinks, then all the other internals, then modules and camo as the last one (going from left to right). It would be a more natural workflow when configuring a new mech.

I can add my vote to double heatsinks not working right. I wasted 1.5 milion C-bills to convert my Founder's Cat to doubles and got a nasty suprise when it overheats like crazy. I used to run 19 standard HS, so using only the 10 doubles in the engine should've been an improvement, but apparently my engine heatsinks are still standard ones. So what exactly did I pay money for?

To all guys mentioning the removal of collision / falling:

Some time ago, the devs said that ramming will be a way to damage the enemy Mechs. So far, no damage that I am aware of has ever been dealt. I guess that the system up until last patch was a placeholder and now has been removed in order to start implementing the real ramming / falling system.

Patience, guys! I'll knock you off your feet again soon enough! HRHR

So actually i noticed a nerf of the LRM damage or spread, cant say exactly which of both, but they got nerfed and it isnt mentioned
