Adder Prime, provided I get to do some limited customization (I want to drop the speed down to 86.4 KPH, so I can mount some jump jets)

If we don't allow Clan tech, then the Gurkha is a wonderful 'Mech.

Finally, if we only allow 3025 tech, I'm gonna go with either the Jenner or the Panther, depending on the environment

Well, I just can't pick an overall favorite. But, some of my favorites are the Argus, the Mauler and the Warhawk (I know, that one is a clan mech, but still....).

I have many favorites so i will say by weight class.
assault:pillager- love the name and the weapons it uses, 2 gauss, large laser, 4 med lasers.
heavy:Grizzly- for some reason i love this mech. 2nd line clan mech with jj, gauss, lrm 10, large,med,small pulse lasers. T-bolt for i.s
medium; menshen 4 med laser, lrm rack (raven on roids)
light: wolfhound.

My favorite mech is the one that gets the job done.

If I had to choose one, I'd go with Madcat

Hmmm my favorite mechs. I'll list them off by weight class.

Light: Adder (Puma) (Who isn't shocked to be pounded by two ER PPC's on a light mech.) I would say a Blade but I've never piloted one.

Medium: Shadowcat and/or Uziel. (The Uziel is a good solid fighter but they shadow cat has a lower profile and more weapon options.)

Heavy: Hellbringer(Loki) (A good mix of speed and damage if a bit of a glass cannon, but the center torso isn't as exposed.)

Assault: Templar (I'm not much of an assault fan at all but I do like the Templar since it has decent balance of speed, armor, and arms.)

Favorite IS 'Mech - Enforcer. Solid trooper design.

Favorite Clan 'Mech, also my vote for the closest to perfection a 'Mech can get - Shadow Cat.

Tough. I gues my favourite all around mech is the MadCat (any version) with the Bushwacker following closely behind.
