Seems my card isn't supported, and it's really affecting my game play. Now I put 30 dollars into it, I'd like to play at fps better than single digit. So any suggests or help "Buy a new video card" doesn't help, as I am living of food stamps and unemployment right now.

This chart pretty much sums up your card. It's well below the minimum requirements so if you can't change the card you're pretty much screwed.

Hawk some unwanted whatnots on eBay. If you've nothing to sell, now's the time to brew up some clever hand-made Christmas (or year-end holiday of your choice) cards for the same venue. A few dozen of those and you might be able to fund a more viable video card.

After paying heat/water/power/internet-access bills of course.

I can do without water, it does rain,Heat I have blankets...the power and interent is all I need. Yes iam HARD CORE!, then there's rolling bums for change. I could pose as a jenovas witness with bibles knocked off from the local inn, start my own escort service..all sorts of ideas!

Hey man, you asked. You didn't want to hear "buy a new card," but that's about the only way around it so I tried to be helpful. I'd rather not see you turn to crime or fraud just to play a computer game though.
