i have not read all the comment but as for the screw holes may i suggest ...
little plastic plugs (you get them with RTA furniture or hardware stores) easy to remove when need
or if the holes line up get stripes of self adhesive moulding (car pins stripe) - cover holes add to the design
I did see the screw holes anyway i am still over come with how awesome your gaming experience will be

I'd also suggest some sort of compartment for snacks/drinks... but there really isn't room for that haha, I guess you could have a mini-fridge right next to where the seat pops out, but whatever.
