I'd like to post more often myself. But the crazy hours I work and the little demon's I live with keep me from writing as much as I'd like...

That and I don't want to bombard the forum when I have lots of ideas...

Well, maybe not the Rainbow Stables, but a mercenary group or something like this?

I hadn't read this before but is there any chance/way of still joining the allready going RP? If so I will start thinking of a character, probably some young (15/16) year old orphan that grew up during the backlash that the 4th succession war caused and as such has no real affiliations except the people that he knows/trusts (Allows for him to be accepted/adopted/recruited or whatever by 1 of the existing characters).

Maybe you guys, to avoid loosing posts, just write everything up in notepad, or Open Office or some other writing program, then copy paste to the posting window?

Also, keep up the good work fellas, very interesting read!

I'm using Google Docs, so I've got one long document I can access from whatever computer to write it. The only problem is that if I copy paste directly from there, I end up with a bucketload of colour tags in the text of my post. Most of my edits are going back and fixing those.

Definitely. MacabreDerek has Rick, a pudgy mechanic with aspirations of MechWarrioring, and is one of the best realised characters here.

DeMarkus and Bertie fought on opposing fronts (Liao/Davion) during the Fourth Succession War, and we're seem to be shaping up for some interesting role-play there, so making your character Capellan might tie in well there. Plenty of other options though.
