Sparks keep an eye out for Rogue, I don't want us to become a three man squad.

Hihi. Finally made my post. This one was tough. Been struggling to get the words. Maybe that's why I'm grateful for a place like MWO fan fiction where you can practice writing, clumsy as I am. Not entirely satisfied but been about a week now, need to post something to get back to LND.

Went dusting off character Christina, think her bio is at page 2 - http://mwomercs.com/...pg/page__st__20

Slowly getting back into character. Hopeful more ideas later. :)

Sidenotes - Yup, am leaning on GW's idea of a mysterious woman assassin. See character Dylan Wolf is not crazy! Paranoid maybe but not crazy! :D

Also character Christina interaction with NPC Nicky is before character Izzy enters the story, I think on the 18th. So dont want to mess any plot ideas of Jeremy Hunter ;)

So, well, good to be back in LnD. Wouldnt be inspired if not for the awesome posts of everyone contributing in the thread.

ps - funny fact - 'technically' character Christina last entry was the Garbage Man side story, think page 4 - http://mwomercs.com/...rp/page__st__60
which was on the 9th april. So 'technically' character Christina has been away for about 11-12 days. Oh how time flies in story world... :D

For some reason this tune keep playing in me head as I typed this. Here's to Solaris City

Azman's back on Solaris. :)

Also, I have realized that he seems to follow the Kurt Vonnegut method of writing. :D

Be a ******. No matter how sweet and innocent your leading characters, make awful things happen to them—in order that the reader may see what they are made of.

Another epic post from Azman, finally, after all this time *Eyes tear up*
It's like the good old days of yore.
When we started this...in the lead up to my exams...
Okay, it's like the good old fays of yore, but not sh*t.

*gets teary eyed himself* Okay that's it! Group Hug! Group Hug! *hugs*

Yeah. Thank battletech, which lead us to this place where we can just.. be. We are Sorcerers of Light baby! Sorcerers of Light. ;)

Kurt Vonne--whats? Okay me will take anything if me scriblings have a tinge of a guy with a cool name. :D (BTW, no relation to Kurt Angle by any chance? Me speak in wrestling terms :D )

I think awful things happen to everybody. We just need to find the laughter and plough through. Sometimes its hard but we have to start living sometime. That, and pilot battlemechs and shoot stuff up.

Thank Battletech. :)

edit - You know a good sign our characters are becoming important GW - when ninjas and assassins are trying to kill them. PARANOIA IS HEALTHY PEOPLE!!!! ;)

Great post Thom!
I actually had it in myself that Randall 'Fell down some stairs' in the same way that Dan caught his hand in a door, but Dan punching him down them works just as well :)
If you don't mind, once we're done the café scene, how about we drag Vulpes back into the fold (Should he choose to sit in stunned silence for the entire 'meet the party' scene) by having everyone left in Team One scheduled for light matches (1v1, FFA, whatever, but separate matches) and then bring all four of us together for a team match? Mutter something about not being able to fight in a team match without and individual record in a licensed arena (Meaning Jack still needs one). Using just our lights for then. After that Jack can play with the newly christened Steel Lady in a solo match in the heavy circuit or something...
But basically I'm saying: How 'bout we get a loose schedule of events going so we can keep the RP moving? Seems in the last month or so people have been wondering what's going on and what they should be doing again, and the posting has died right down. I personally abhor this! With Azman back, I say we completely hulk out on this thread. Let's scrag some 'mechs :P

Let us do the talking thing, then we'll head over to you. Unless people just want to say 'Had some drinks, had a chat, Jack didn't actually insult anyone, we're all friends here'?
I'm cool with either, if we want to skip ahead. I follow my GM's command *Nods sagely*

I'm cool with us wrapping it up or actually RPing through our night at the tea house. but Gamm and Azman are now both roughly one day ahead of us. Basicly D is gonna elaberate about his time on Terra if asked. He'll also go into detail about his ventures in the CCAF. But unless anyone asks him he's gonna be kind of out of it.

But the Commando and Panther are both going to be down for a few weeks while Kay examines each one for structrial damage and works on making that ba$tradized mech with parts from both.

If Sparky mentions the spare parts he has in that container, I'd be interested in buying that large laser of ya... I'm thinking about turning One-Eye into a 3025 tech 'Pack Hunter' 6/9/6 with a LL

Now if all the techs got together and smashed out repairs and customs like how they did on the Steel Lady, that would cut down on repair/custom time.

Oh and thanks for the compliments. :(

One thing I can say about living here, I'm in a better mood and it's reflecting in my writing. Or atleast it seems that way to me.

Now that's what I like to hear Thom! Great to hear things are going better for you.
Sorry for going overboard on Steel Lady but I did get permission to use her about two months ago iRL...so I cheated

Bah that was an excellent post. And it didn't sound like you did too much to the actual machine other than played with it's armor and checked it's insides. Still planning on going with the quad AC2s?
