I...I...I just have so many problems with that post...
Shoot bouncer...second bouncer in firefight with random lady...go inside and have no trouble getting a drink...woman then does the same...
Throw a bottle at a woman close enough to block her weapon...
List...goes on...nnnnnnnnnnnnhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

First do you know how loud the music in a club like that can be? Second the lighting isn't exactly great, third it was close quarters he did not throw the bottle he bashed it into her head.

Posting from cell phone right now so hard to type.

Uh...yeah, I'm a student. I go clubbing regularly - in a normal nightclub...it would be possible to miss a gunshot if you were far from the door. Close to, you wouldn't.
Strip clubs though, are much quieter. Plus, in a frenzied gunfight, people are going to notice the lasblasts and pyrotechnics xD
Strip clubs tend to be pretty decently lit. Just a tendency to have red or pink lighting.
My best mate finds it amusing to drag me in such places...I hate them. They never have decent beer.
I must have misread that bit with the bottle, I was sure you threw it.

Well laser pistols wouldn't really make that much noise. And if the blast don't punch through the brick walls...

So the two of them getting in is feasable. Afterall it's a scummy stripclub probably not with topnotch security.

But when the fist-fight breaks out inside the club and there's no details... I'm imagining 'girls' running for cover and maybe patrons taking a step back to watch Dylan get beat up by a girl *snickers* Maybe the DJ grabs a baseball bat and gets ready to dash their brains all over the place...

Well we know lasers in BT do have bright beams seen around the room - if they shot their way in, then people would have rather unmistakeably seen the beams. Depends on how the entrance is set up.
I've just been imagining it as per most places - door opens directly into the club, rather than having a hall.

Really? every club I've ever been it was pretty gloomy, well save for the stage....

Strobelights and loud music could cover the firefight outside, along with corners, tinted doors and curtains that would prevent everyone inside from seeing the light show outside. (It would also keep those pesky kids outside from sneaking a peek at the show.) And any crazy colored lights could be taken as part of the 'show.'

Well I was going with she killed the other bouncer because she missed Dylan and killed the other one first. Hell maybe that was the DJ breaking up the fight... Left that open in case anyone else wanted to expand on that night.

Hmmm, guess that would work. I guess I've just been imagining on my own experiences!
The only two I've ever been in have been pretty decently lit. Seeing someone's face from right across the place is possible if you're looking for someone, but unless you're specifically peering, you'd just see someone was there.

Glad we settled that as I have been told that the american version is a lot wilder.

Depends on where you go. There's some pretty freaky places near where I live in Scotland. Morbid curiousity wants me to go. Common sense tells me to stay away :P

By the way Thom won't be posting next week most likely as I will be at Boy Scout camp, I call it Camp Hellfire for its weather.

Seriously?

Looks like Dylan is in store for more hospital time... or would you prefur resting about the stable?

I've been to more than my fare share... Both here in the US and a whole bunch in Mexico. And they're always dark. Strobe lights, smoke machines, laser shows, and blacklights. The ones here in the US always have something blocking way from the public being able to look in while the door is open. So to paraphrase your statement Im just going from the basic layout from memory. I'm thinking of Showgirls: Deja Vu in Bakersfield, California. a place where I've spent more than one paycheck....

Actually, odd thought... GW did you have the club named 'Cherry Ladies' or Cherry Babies' in your post? Azman's club was 'Babies.' If you listed it as 'Ladies' it would basicly be your own club and you could describe it however the hell-f**k you want.

I say he uses his own, Cherry Ladies, a competitor to Cherry Babies, so I don't need to get pissy at him for shooting up another bar I actually like :P

Next post before I leave will have Dylan being briefed about Erin, as for the latter, typo.

A typo I can work with, both bars are owned by the same person, but have two different names that are similiar.

Good idea. Both owned and operated by a scummy ex-pimp who hit it big (gamiling or otherwise) named ah.... *puts on GM thinking cap* ...Lionel Cherry. From the Magistry of Canopous... when he talks he sounds like Snoop-dog, or G-fresh from the movie Orgasmo...
Looks similar to Robert England. Heh... watched 'Zombie-Strippers' the other day...

We must have rather different views of how a professional assassin operates. :(

You don't see the professional assassins. They succeed, or they fail and you never know.
