From a previous poster, that section of the website is currently not working.

I recommend sending an e-mail to their support team.

Devs have said it will be fixed by 12:00 PT

I entered my code when it first came out and I see the items in mech bay but I cant put the skin on anything or see the bobblehead.in anything.
