Hey guys! Welcome to Open-Beta!

To help everyone along and promote Trial Mechs. We are running the Trial By Fire Community Event.






Hey Guys,

Tomorrow is patch day. If all goes well we will be starting test drops on Thursday the 8th. If we don't encounter an match making issues the event will start on Saturday the 10th at 11:00am PST.

You will need to connect to Comstar EU Teamspeak and join the Trial by Fire channel. Here is the info in case you don't have it.

Rules are simple:

TRIAL MECHS ONLY!
The drop format will be: 3 Lights (1 light per team will act as a ref) - 2 Mediums - 2 Heavies- 1 Assault
Teams will be randomly drawn
Solo players are more then welcome!

Contest will be held in 2 weeks time after we gather the player base.
All entries should be in by Nov. 13th Matches will start on the following Friday the 16th.




This event is based on the Community Poll that was running a few weeks ago. Those of you that voted should be getting invites in your PM's. But the event is open to everyone!

We have some PC Gamer codes to hand out and are working to get some other swag as well.




Sign ups will be open for about 2 weeks.

Death's Hand Brigade is interested in participating. I'll be checking back in later for details & more information to come. We hope to be able to bring at least one, if not multple 7 man teams if the referee is to be a non-affiliated person in the drop. If we need to furnish our own refs, we can certainly do that as well if needed.

what does the ref do? He is to drop with the other 7 guys and just run around? Im confused on this part. And can a group have more than 1 team enter? If i have 16 guys that want to get in on this... can we come in as 2 groups?

When you say trial mechs only, do you only mean the month's trial mechs available or do you mean any stock configuration?
