Why would you play if not to win matches? Why would you not do what you need to do to win more matches?

This thought is simply not true. Many organized groups are recruiting around the globe in all time zones in expectation of Community Warfare. I'm not sure where you got this idea, but it is not correct. Foreigners, their accents and their skills are always welcome in any clan or guild I have been a part of for the last decade. Now, high latency is another issue. If you are on a competitive team and your latency due to ISP or older system specs forces you out of competitive matches, that is your responsibility to resolve.

PGI apparently doesn't, as they've announced that measures will be taken to address the issue.
And that will be the end of it, hopefully.
So, what you want is to take a team based game that we have now and make it into a multi-player experience where you are not penalized for not communicating with your team, not assisting them when in need, not achieving the obvious objectives, and just doing whatever they want with no regard for the players around them?
You know what? I think I've changed my mind. You are right. I'm all for PGI spending time to make sure 'non team players' are no where near the games I play. I simply don't want to play with others that aren't competitive enough to put in a minimum effort to be a team mate.
