Where do we report people for dying?

In addition in the thread posted here: http://mwomercs.com/.../66088-farming/
Bryan clearly states that dying early in a match to attempt to gain cbills is against the TOS. So all I need to know, is where do I report people for dying before the match ends? Obviously we cannot determine the intent of an individual who died, but I think anyone dying within the first 5 or so minutes of a match is clearly exploiting the system by earning cbills faster than intended, or rather, faster than me if I'm still alive.

Oh and don't forget the 4 frame per second death by slow motion.

Since we cannot judge what a player was doing or more importantly why, all of these would fall under TOS violation if done, so I don't see an issue with reporting people for doing it.

This was a known bug that happened just last month. Dying in battle was the only way to clear the issue. I haven't seen this happening since the last patch.

Stop playing poorly or get banned? I don't make the rules.

Then why was it in a now locked post discussing suicide farming and changes that could be made therein

The only one that is in violation of ToS is the Run up and stop. the rest are game failures. Again be sure you know what you are reporting. It is not violating ToS to have frame rate lag sir.

If they start banning people for sucking, this is going to be a really small community really fast

I'm not spamming, I want a concrete answer: WILL PGI punish people for questionable behavior? If you rush the enemy and get dead, can you be banned? I think if the answer is yes, it will change how many lights we see.
I've been cut off and erased, I've powered down when I was the last one getting hammered; but I've also stripped armor, and I've intentionally charged an entire enemy team. I've also made beta threads showing what did and didn't pay you for your efforts in an attempt to show people what exactly was 'forbidden.' PRESENTLY, dying to any type of heat explosion or damage inflicted is 'paid' as a legitimate death.
There would be no question in my mind or anyone else's if the locked thread did not contain the term "macro player" and instead explicitly called suicidal charges a violation. Because nothing in that thread mentions the circumstance of being personally involved in your own demise. It mentions "churning" out matches, and "macro" use, and intentional disconnects. If charging the enemy is just as bad, we should know that so people can start reporting it and PGI can start dealing with a glut of judgement calls.

This is a problem: Are they going to coerce you to watch other ppl play the whole game? If I want that, I'll go watch TV. This is a dealbreaker for a game.

The post I linked above has been linked to pretty much all threads discussing "abuse" of the suicide mechanic to gain more cbills than intended. Extrapolating, dying quickly is indeed against the TOS if you're doing it to gain cbills quickly. Since we cannot diagnose intent, only the results, I'm curious as to where to send names for investigation when they die early.

"oh whats that, we have a god mode button, alt-f4, but if we use it, it will be considered an exploit and we will be banned? Pray tell, why have that button there then?"
