4P build:

Drop a laser/heatsink or 1 ton of armor and you can squeeze a 260 in there instead of 250.

I opted for the ERLL in the left arm so I could have some firepower even if the hunch goes (it's usually the primary target of the enemy). Also provides a ranged option for alpine.

I run 2xLL and 7xSL in the 4P with a STD250 and whatever DHS I can cram on. It's a little less firepower than the 9xMLs, but I find the extra range on the LLs is a huge advantage.

I have a standard 260 (for zombie) in my 4G right now, running 3 ML and an AC/10.

Pretty fun build if suboptimal.

HBK-4P standard 260 engine (max), 9 MLAS and as many double heatsinks as you can fit, Endo and armor as much as possible.

XL engines bad on hunchbacks since the first part of you to die is usually the hunch (torso where your XL engine is).

Have fun!

I wouldn't ever go with an XL on a hunchback, you'll die very quickly.

I recommend either the 4P or the 4SP, depending on personal preference.

For the 4P, go with 9 Medium Lasers and a Standard 260, with Endo-Steel and DHS. Put your weapons in, put the engine in, max out your armor on every area. Begin putting DHS in every area available, stripping armor from legs as you see fit.

For the 4SP, I'd go with 4x Medium Lasers and 2x SRM6, and STD 260, with endo and DHS. Same principle for outfitting as the 4P.

I do fairly well in a HBK-4P. Currently running the following:
2xLL & 7SL (one large on each arm, 6 smalls on right torso, 1 small in head)
STD 250 engine
DHS

Armor:
Head: 18 Center Torso: 54 Center Torso (Rear): 10 Right Torso: 38 Right Torso (Rear): 10 Left Torso: 38 Left Torso (Rear): 10 Right Arm: 31 Left Arm: 31 Right Leg: 39 Left Leg: 39

Hit 81 kph at top speed, and with DHS as long as you're not Alpha Striking every 2 seconds overheat isn't much of an issue, especially after unlocks.Just make sure to put the Large Lasers on seperate weapons groups so you can manage heat a little more effectively. Essentially with this build you hit with the large lasers almost exclusively (with SOME sniping ability), and when things get in close rip into them with your 7 small lasers (on one weapon group) and alternate your large lasers. This build has great survivability i've found.

no reason to use anything other than 9ml in a 4p. hunch and head on one weapongroup, arms on second weapongroup, 3/3 split on third and fourth weapon groups and head on 5th weapon group. the hunch's location makes ridging and peeking a breeze, and every click is 35 damage. (had the wrong build, fixed now derp)

and here's the 4sp. don't sass me on the artemis, it makes a big difference with the recent patch. this version runs a little hot but it's never been an issue for me.
