I agree that if you made it a permanent jam as it stands now, it would drive players away from it but if you reduced the jam rate to 6% (such as it jams if you fire it within the first 6% of the weapon's recharge time) then it becomes not only a known skill but something that will add a realistic feel to the UACs instead of the current jam rate. Most importantly, the devs need to note in the patch notes that keeping your UAC from jamming is now a skill instead of pure chance as it seems now.
