Instead of working on the netcode or balancing (srsly who gives a ****), you should really focus on useful thigs, like, i don't know.....fuzzy dices !. I mean wow. I don't even know how that game hit open beta without such an elementary feature!

I doubt whoever implemented the bobbleheads also understands the netcode. Or balancing. A team is set up with many members that understand and implement different features. It would be my guess that the several programmers who work on netcode are working their butts off on .... netcode. Ever see a construction crew? You don't pull a general laborer off of moving cement bags around to help out on crane duty.
