i7 2600k
GTX 460 (overclocked to 560 levels)
16GB of ram
Win 7 64
I'm generally in the 40's dipping down to low 30's during high action brawling
I'd say for the both of us, the bottle neck is the Vid Card

12 G RAM
GTX670 (Replaced 275GTX 2 weeks ago)
Win 7
With the GTX670 I'm playing on 1920x1200 (16:10 monitor) at a solid 60fps on high detail.
The 275GTX was acceptable until the CryEngine3 upgrade. I went from 40ish FPS down to about 30fps with the same settings. Reducing it down to "medium" settings helped but at that point I finally caved in and upgraded. This wasn't the only game that I wanted increased frame rates at higher detail anyway.

I'd say just give it time, and notify them if a patch appears and you notice a sudden drop that they didn't expect.
