Just to help the non-battletech playing players (I don't see the stats anywhere)
if the devs are following the standard battletech rules the damage of weapons should be (added in heat build up for energy weapons too)
Lasers
Small 3 1 heat
Medium 5 3 heat
(ER) Large 8 8 heat 12 for ER
Flamer 2+3 heat makes 3 heat
Pulse Lasers
Small 3 2heat
Med 6 4 heat
Large 9 10 heat
PPC 10 10 heat
AC as per AC class
UAC 2 shots dealing normal damage for class
LBX AC 1 damage pellets equal to AC class
MGUN 2
Gauss Rifle 15
LRM 1/Missile
(S)SRM 2/Missile
Weapon Damages

These are old TT values and aren't correct for the game as it stands.
There are multiple guide posts as well as a wiki with all the updated information on it. They're just in the, uh, Guides section of the forum instead of GD.
