Theres Zellbrigen, which is basically only applicable to role playing clanners, so not a mechwarrior code.
Theres the various treaties between the Houses that make the use of nuclear weaponry among other things war crimes, but those are more political codes of war. I suppose each house has its own cannon codes of conduct. Merc corps definitely have a code, Guns for Hire, C-Bills only, accept no substitutes.
