"Phase 1 Matchmaking. Max pre-made group size is not set to 4."

Can we please get some sort of explanation for this? It was believed that the only change to matchmaking during Phase 1 was the group size limit.

Did you happen to read the pre-patch notes? Considering that those notes are talking about the Nov 6th patch and have the line "Phase 1 Matchmaking. Max pre-made group size is not set to 4."
