At what point does adding another jump jet cease to have an additional effect? I can't seem to find the answer.

Additional jumpjets beyond the first currently do nothing.

That's getting changed eventually so don't get too comfortable. From what I remember the current effect of jump jets are what 5 jump jets will be like. That's why I have 5 jump jets even though I only need one on my Jenner just so I don't get complacent.

Right now, all you need it one because the current "build" would allow you to stack 23 JJ on a Jenner and turn the game into Armored Core: Online... so the stopgap measure was to prevent all stacking effects and make JJ's either a 1/0 effect instead of presenting a spectrum of effects.
I'm sure they'll put either a stacking cap or a diminishing returnns model into effect sometime in the next couple months.
