Reason #Only one that matters: You are often fighting a coordinated team on voice communications. When the matchmaking system is fixed, the wholesale slaughtering will end. It is pretty much that simple.
I would also mention that I have switched to being a voice comm player as either an extra with premades or more often with a random group of players that want to play coordinated. The difference is night and day. I understand that there will be many players that don't want to go on voice, but until the matchmaking system puts these people in a fair fight, they will be fish in a barrel.

1.
Most i have seen so far has been "plz lok target stick together". This is like trying to teach me to walk. This is also the point where i suicide/go afk because im so disgusted of these people trying to guide me.
2.
I rush ahead. Every time there has been someone actually following me i have carried the team. Most of the time nobody follows, and everyone dies on us.
3.
Correct.
4.
False. The reason i lose is either my team is full of trial mechs or the enemy has more lagshield jenners and we are left with ravens which die in 2 hits.

Noobs in trial Mechs loose to mediocre players in custom mech. THIS IS THE PROBLEM, not your silly voice communication OP keeps bragging about.
The premades get matched vs. TRIAL MECHS, understand please, this is the problem, not some guys grouping up.

No it's not Jacmac. You will have Lances of coordinated players with PUGs and the Lance will still get all the glory and EXP cause they are still mass firing, spotting, etc. I drop many times with a Lance and 4 PUGs and the results are, we get the top four spots 85% ov the time win or lose.

VoIP would solve a lot of the issues , properly intergrated none of this sign up BS click to enable outside the game server rubbish VoIP.
I sometimes join the TS 3 server, find a spot on a dropship and play like that... there is no advance tactics, no distribution of mechs, no optimal configurations ... I ran in a default configured founder Atlas, no changes.
Team didnt even know what our make up was until we was in the battle, nearly got ninja capped as we didnt have any fast boats at that time (I had to plonk my fat Atlas arse on the cap zone and hope my armor would outlast the small army of lights/mediums the enemy had on the spot).
We lost maybe 2 matches, I died 5 times and got over 20 kills (kdr 2.83)...wow, I am so skilled. Not really it was just simply the ability to instantly call out enemies and grid points, to let my team know I was going to check a grid I had a hunch about, call out dangerous mechs (streak K2's , Gausskittles (or most Gauss equiped mechs) , LRM boats )... nothing advanced, about the only skilled pieced of piloting I did the entire night was when I took a Trial Raven and went scouting... had to dance around the buildings in City with a Cat chasing me around, rest of the matches was standard tactics.
The point was that my team wasnt a hardcore team, most of us had never met before and we had no tactical plans or fancy stuff... just cracked open beers and hit ready, and played the match as it unfolded.
Get real intergrated VoIP and the majority will play a lot better.

Reason #6: No integrated VOIP - good luck coordinating typing orders while in combat
Reason #7: Pre-mades are well organized and lay down tactics even before entering a match, and you shouldn't be FORCED to use VOIP if you do not want to (or can - cf parents of very young children among us, including me). The game simply should have a mode for PUG only, one for Pre-mades only, and one for "I don't care either way". Going into retail (aka "Open Beta") without that choice at a minimum was a terrible choice.

Well beeing someone who only hits the launch button, I guess that the fact that over my last ~40 games the average amount of founders in the enemy team of 6, while my own team only had the average amount of 2 founders has nothing to do with the ~10-15% winning quote.

Reason #1:
You do not communicate.
Though it takes time to type it still makes A LOT of sense to use the chat to anounce your armament during the 10 second countdown and to use chat for announcing what the enemy is doing if you are a scout.
Reminder: Y (Z on QWERTZ layouts) is for Teamchat by default.
Reminder 2: At least agreeing on a basic tactic (defend or attack) will already change the outcome of the match a lot.
Reminder 3: Locking on targets (default key is R) is a form of communication, too. Other's should always look on their minmap. Target's that you have no Line of Sight to, but a teammate is locked on to, will appear on it. If you see blue triangles surrounded by red one's, leave your target alone and rush there to help your team.
Reason #2:
You rush ahead.
Especially if you're not piloting a scout mech (anything that goes under 110 KPH is NO useful scout) you should NEVER EVER charge in alone. Even if there is just one enemy mech. If the other team is smart they'll come to help him or he'll run to his guys and they core you in seconds.
And even if you are in a scout mech: Your purpose is to scout not to start the fight. If you found the enemies main force anounce it in chat and then regroup ASAP.
Reason #3:
You do not help your teammates and/or do not focus fire effectively.
Goes with Reason #2. You walk alone, you die alone and very quickly so. Always be in Teams of at least two mechs. Lock on targets (default key is R) to see where your mate is hitting it and try to hit the same parts (portions of the mech that got hit are flashing and changing color). And always remember: You will fail trying to kill an assault by coring him frontal. If you can't get behind it. Kill it's legs with focused fire.
Reason #4:
You lack an understanding of the basic strategies and tactics of the game.
In old times we had a saying: "Read the ******* manual". Though this game still lacks a proper manual we have a fabulous "Guides" Section in these forums where you will find advise on the different mechs, on how to fight different types of mechs and I've also seen a vfew Guides already that cover various strategies for the existing maps. Even better: There is a pinned post that guides you conveniently to any important thread in that section. I suggest you go read it and try to apply the advise given there in your next match.
These are according to my experience the four top reasons why a PUG does perform poorly, when it performs poorly. And it has nothing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the other team being premade. Even against another PUG you will get stomped 8:0 or 8:1 if half the team makes above mistakes.

reason 4 perty much covers it all and i have put forth 2 solutions to it both of them have been locked because we discused it throughly .... solution 1 training room to learn basics in solution 2 90 second prematch battle plan time(each piolet has a ready button when 5/8 plp hit ready team is ready when both teams say ready the match starts) giving time to make a plan that everyone on the team will be aware of.

You forgot -
"YOU ARE FACED VERSUS STRAIGHT-OUT SUPERIOR MECHS THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD FOR THE NEXT 100 GAMES."
"THOSE MECHS ARE COORDINATED BY STRAIGHT-OUT BETTER PLAYERS WITH SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE"
"WHO ARE TEAMED UP TO KILL YOU"
^ add that too

Consider the percentage of players that actually read these forums and you will see that it wont solve the problem by giving this advice eventhough it is well intended.

Premades are not well organized. Some can barely walk and chew bubblegum at the same time. Yes there are always those that do organize and lay out battle plans. Most just simply call out a grid reference and try to coordinate fire, many can't even manage that. My main problem with Pugs are those defeatists who suicide or clog up the comms with complaints about the unfairness of life. I pug about 50% of the time, and have beaten several premade grps. Yes a well coordinated team is fun.

#3 is terrible, who told you to focus an assault's legs? That's a terrible idea.
