You guys are over engineering this PUG vs Premade thing. It is a pretty simple fix and allows players (customers) choice rather than being squireled into candy land if you rather face challenges.

Put two Launch Buttons on the UI or a check box. One for launching into Matches with 0 premades and the other button to launch into anything goes match making were you may or may not end up fighting a premade. Any grouped players (premades) would only be allowed to launch in the Anything goes que.

Why are you going to distrupt the customers who have groups we enjoy playing with rather than providing a pretty easy to implement choice?

This system will allow those of us who prefer to be challenged to drop PUG style into what might be a premade or to launch into a PUG only cue where you face ONLY PUGs.

Your implementation is a horrible customer relations fiasco. You really want to mess with the core paying players by breaking up their teams?

I for one rather get stomped in Anything goes que if I decide to loan wolf awhile than go play in candy land.

Anyway just don't get why your disrupting the premades as they are core customers. I have nothing against providing PUG players a choice to avoid premades though.
