[Orbit Rain]

....this issue is so aggravating I usually straight rage-quit.

I have seen it on every map so far. Just a glitch also a big memory leak somewhere.

I like that type of reasoning about this. I'll think of that way untill it gets fixed.

For me, it only happens after I manually override shutdown. Then, it remains through each subsiquent automatic shutdown. Until I can do a manual shut down not related to heat issues.
