EVERY (not some, not most, not a few but EVERY) legit thread I've seen locked was a thread that should have either been posted in patch feedback section OR a duplicate thread that should have been put in another existing thread. There are no martyrs here

and posts like this offer nothing other than more nonsense posted on the forums which just clutters up pertinent info

I'm so glad that you are a moderator.... oh wait...

Nope just a guy explaining to you why your stuff gets locked and deleted. Feel free to keep ranting though :)

Oh and someone who can read, as in read the CoC for the forums and understand those types of things. Feel free to keep attacking me too. :o

I've had exactly two threads locked since I've been here. I stepped over the line and admit it that I was wrong. I talked to the real moderators about how to make the thread in compliance. What do you do around here exactly? Oh thread crap on valuable threads. FYI, there hasn't been a comprehensive economy thread on the General Discussion forums since open beta started. There were plenty of threads on the old closed beta forums, but those are gone. I guess your 'advice' is for naught.

You don't have to click on a thread if you don't want to. It's called self discipline. :)

Then move them or merge them. All you're doing by locking or deleting it is saying that the information inside doesn't need to be seen.

Nope, I just hit the report button and let the mods sort it out. What do you do besides attack me? rofl :)
Done arguing with you sir. Have fun posting your stuff and hopefully some of it is pertinent and leads to great discussions and helps fix some things that are still being worked on in this game we all enjoy :o

Well, I've got a surprise for you,but psht, don't tell the mods: YOU CAN MERGE THREADS!
Yes, there's another tool at hand for the fancy forum mod. Merging threads on the same topic causes no anger (well, at least not that much). All it needs is 2 minutes of precious work time. Ooh, wait, those IGP guys get paid for it...

Piranha, all you are doing deleting and locking new threads about the current patch and state of the game is alienating a section of your player base, Jesus you guys really are amateurs.

Burying your heads in the sand wont change or fix the game one iota, and gamers will go elsewhere to vent their frustrations, turning your name into mud in the process. This is your mess, man up, and deal with the complaints like adults instead of trying to hide them.

Oh and this is why this thread will get locked/deleted. Ok NOW I'm done. promise. cheers :)

Cage, the issues being discussed and locked aren't feedback to the patch. The economy for example has been screwed up since the day they put in it, not just since the last patch. It is not "patch feedback" to talk about it. You then confuse discussions with crying... which are not the same thing.

Then they wont have people read their 300 word post telling how sad they are. How unfair the game is, how the makers dont listen to them, how this weapon is OP and what weapon is not.

Why not post in a thread already made about the subject? It would then be part of a group and they wont see their names in lights on the big billboard we call the front forum pages.

So if im understanding the first post correctly..
Telling the game designers to man up and deal with the complaints isnt crying??
The threads being locked are complaints on the patch of the game how they supposedly screwed things up.. That is patch feedback.. And most of them that i have noticed being locked is do to there being multiple topics or not in the patch feedback section... Plus there is a big difference between constructive criticism and just crying and making multiple posts about the same topic because others were deleted...
And the arguement of its there job to merge the topics.. Hell if anyone seriously wants to be heard then post it in the proper area simple as that.. so no confusion on this topic..
