[Obeast]

Just finished a match in my Gausskitty to try and finish elite on it. Once the mech became available it disappeared. I have tried relogging, restarting everything. Its gone....poof. I haven't a clue as to what caused it, so if anyone has an idea let me know.

Just a thought.....have you tried switching to trial mechs, then back to owned mechs ?

Yup, tried that, ran a few matches just in vase. No go.

All I can think of, as there was a similar issue that it worked for.

Update, I swapped a few Emails back and forth to a CSR. Evidently my K2 is there server side as it is showing up to them. Unfortunately, its not for me. I will update the thread as I have more info.

if you have some MC left - try to purchase one more mech slot, this refreshes few things. Also - note that if you have several pages of slots open, you could have this mech on the "right" side and not visible from the first screen ( I doubt that it's your case, but still)

Bought to more slots just in case, nadda. And yes I know about scrolling to the right, the CSR said the same thing. hehe
Its no biggie, I will get it eventually, as its showing up server side....just not client side.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing MWO? I know it's a couple hours of patching, but hey, it's at least worth a try.

That is an option, I will try that this evening if the CSR can't get it sorted. I may suggest just deleting the mech and reimbursing me so I can replace it.
