I can think of dozens of posts with questions asked, but very very few solid answers.

Seems they would much rather hang somewhere else and ignore the tar and feathers crowd here.
Can't say as I blame them, but it isn't good for the game.

As mentioned a single stickied post saying "Ooops, this slipped by us" would have made all the difference in the world.
Yet they continually leave important things out of patch notes.

Give us some real transparency, talk to us, work with us, and most of us will hang up the pitchfork's and torches.
Ignore us at your peril.

In all seriousness. though, they answer lots and lots here, nothing wrong with drumming up media and bussiness elsewhere.

I do a weekly Q&A where I answer questions, and people pop in frequently. We're here, there's just a lot more of you than us. I think this thread is turning a little sour though.
