I have yet to be hit with PM spam, but I am glad that the PM recipient limit is 5. That keeps the spread of spam in check.

It's believed that nubz had developer permission to do what he was doing, but it might have caused technical difficulties in the process. I think nubnub forgot to chant the Prayer of WellCode before and after each of his compilations.

Yup, Kyle Polulock is "adjusting" the friends system as we type... and that script is everywhere...

More about the mwo.js file:
I have not particularly combed through it all but the largest portion appears to be an 'optimized for size' library of Jquery and other java doc n display code. Mostly standard stuff for reading from / to databases and displaying them in HTML format with CSS support etc etc. Near the bottom is a couple of open licensed scripts none of which are particularly telling other than the somewhat fancy sliding image script which is probably what feeds the frontpage.

nubnub stuff:
Last I checked, less than 24 hours ago, nubnub was still friended to me but not this new bunbun profile. Conspiratist in me screams "Logging of when people joined or grouping for different interests such as... beta invite waves!!". Dunno, I have waited years for new and greater (in a sense) BT/MW stuff to come and with my wallet still sore from Steam holiday sale... have some fodder left to feed my gaming interest. Not to say I don't still drool over the prospects of MW:O and Tactics =D

Lost all of my friends too... problem is, I only remember a few of them. If this does get fixed, will it be able to restore the old friend list or do we have to hope folk remember enough to re-friend?

This has been mentioned in THREE different threads now. Kyle the Dev has disabled friends until he corrects something, and then will turn friends back on. We haven't lost our friends. They just aren't visible.

nubnub is a Comstar spy and has taken all our friends captive for
interrogation. Everyone posting here is actually an implant posing
as each of us!

I was able to briefly see a PM from nubnub before is was wiped by
Comstar:

So... maybe nubnub was a dev experiment on how many friends you could gather until the system broke? As for my friends in the *REDACTED*, we have uncovered what appears is the fact that bunbun and nubnub are in fact the same person, but we don't know who that is, maybe, it's Paul.

ON FURTHER NOTE: Oh osik, get that gunship ready, we're going to need it, Prosperity, want a turret, or to fly?

Aww, come on it ain't that bad, I'll even drive and you can run the dual 50s, or a GMG if you want one. As for piloting, I've been told I'm not bad, just, hang on to your teeth cause here we go!!

Another thing I noticed about their posts: both bunbun and nubnub have proclaimed their loyalty to their respective houses Davion and Steiner in threads for such a purpose.
