It was very funny though, like being a ghost watching from above. Or extremely drunk and stoned

It got reported in the Patch Feedback section, if I remember correctly, along with another perception bug I had yesterday. My Mech shut down from overheating, I hit the override button, the Mech powers back up again, but I didn't got a HUD again and had that shutdown screen without any indicators (like crosshair, paperdolls, weapons status, ect.) from then.
I managed a few shots to hit some enemys, then got destroyed. The spectating mode was then bug free.

Then i spectated (every) other players and the screen was whole time blured.
Map was FOREST COLONY SNOW.
Sorry, i've taken no screenshots. I'll try to describe it.
It looked like the tunnel effect used in arcade racer games, but on almost whole screen. I think the center of the tunnel was in left edge (15% of screen), there was lesser blur.
The objects were mulitiple times displaced and overlayed each other.
A Laser was broad in (only) horizontal (cause of overlay displacement). It looked like a ribbon. I guess the "real" laser was in center of this effect.
I suppose motion blur.

My postprocessing is on low, no antialiasing
Im using nvidia gtx 560ti, driver 306.97, anisotropic filtering is 16x, clamp-mode by driver, ohters by application.

Now i see the center of that blur moves from one to other side, maybe depends on direction of movement.

But still a bug. Might indicate something under the surface not working right.
