Background information
The Blood Pearls have been a (very successful) Pirate Team formed from the split up of St Ives Compact back in the NBT League when they were running MW4Mercs (prior to their own 'hardcore' version).
Traditionally, The Blood Pearls have been a very 'close knit', small, but tight, group of players dedicated to playing with one another on the MW battlefields. We kept our recruitment very low. Not because we dont like people, but because we have found that in order to have a successful team, we needed team mates that not only had talent, but also 'gelled' with one another as a true team.
We DO NOT tolerate infighting among the team. Period. Yet another reason we keep our membership small and tight.
The Blood Pearls have always been about 3 main intentions.
1 - The team comes first. Team work is a must. If we work good together as a team, the individual stats will pile up.
2 - Having FUN. This is a game. It WILL be fun. If you are not enjoying it, then you need a break.
3 - Winning games. IF we follow rule number 1 and number 2, the wins will come.
A forth item is ALWAYS follow the directions given by the DROP COMMANDER. Prior to drop, there will be an assigned DC and a hierarchy of leadership on the battlefield in the event the DC is destroyed. Comms discipline is a MUST.

The Blood Pearls are not out to create the BIGGEST team in any league, just the best, the best for you, for me and in our FUN as well as the win loss record.
Our membership is not limited in count, merely in quality.
