I signed up for their "newsletter" about the product. And google has the same links it had since the unveiling at E3.

Also the description on the bottom left of this page is good for a laugh.

Its been put on hold someone was saying ON NGNG.

On hold is slang for canceled due to being a bad idea in this case?

Vaporware. And considering they've been facing accusations of having spyware in their software? I think I'll continue using the rodent and board.

If the joystick for this game is not being produced, there goes any obligation of PGI to make joysticks functional. I guess sometime in july they will have a 1 patch passover, call it good enough, and the only change will be all our directions on the joystick will suddenly be reversed.

I imagine seeing all the hype and funding that Hawken has been getting factored into it, it's just doing better then MWO is and making a large hyper expensive peripheral for a niche game with limited customers just doesn't make much sense. Peripherals are already a very risky endeavor for any company as the vast majority of them simply do not sell well without some hyper popular game to attach itself too.
