Hello fellow MW fans,

I saw a thread where someone was talking about making MW licenses and as I had some spare time I put a little something together.

Firstly I would like to note that I have used the MWO logo and I must let you know all copyrights are to the owners of the rights being the developers at Piranha games and IGP. I made this for fun and if the developers do not want us to use their logo all they need to do is ask and I will remove it. (or if they wanted to give me a high res version I can make it look better ;-D)

The idea is to use these here and I accept no responsibility for others using these for anything outside of this website.

Now that is that I offer to make people their own version of this provided they:
- Comment below
- Link to the images they wish to use (images must be 250x250 minimum

Feel free to post suggestions.

WARNING: I can only make so many at a time so if you are happy to wait I will make them on a first come first served basis.

Jonas - more detail is not specific feedback. Feel free to add some substance to the comment =)

Dirk - I'll need links to the images you want to use and you will need to give me the information you want in it.

i like this very much, it pleases me greatly. though, sadly, i must agree with Jonas, it could use some more detail. perhaps something like a back ground hologram image. maybe some statistical information about the player or their mechs, or weight class restrictions, etc. i seen the forum post that inspired this thread, i think its great that someone took the iniative to create something in the first place. <S>

I am more than happy to put additional information on them at the requester's behest however they will be the one responsible for providing what they would like.

I've made the template, if people would like more or less they need only specify in their requests. =)

well thats cool, if this thing catches on.. what and how would your distribution methods be? a .gif or .jpg through email, or like a real piece paper? and then what? requester sends a self addressed, stamped envelope? maybe the devs will get off their ***** on this topic. they can keep their ***** right where they are btw, i just hope they pick up on this

Maybe underneath the right picture, a signature in cursive font. Still, well played.

maybe under the pilot name a pilot number? Then Under the call sign something like Brigade name you belong to, or a Mech clan you belong to. Just a suggestion.

Carnage - I will provide it to you on here, can do any format. If you want it printed you will have to sort that out yourself. =)

Faceman - The font is cursive under profile picture.

And how about an license system like in Burnout Paradise.
License D-->C-->B-->A-->Ultimate Mechwarrior License(UML)
For each license you unlock other thing like Mechs,decals,vinyls and so far.
You have to kill different amount of Mechs like for License D:25 C:250 B:750 A:1500 UML: 5000-10000
And for that we dont copy the Burnout Paradise system we add archievments we must do additional to the Mech kill amount.
What do you think about that idea?

Hi Legendary Atlas,

I think all these are valid ideas, I think we will need to wait until we see what stats are recorded and available. I'd be more than happy to implement such achievements onto these cards. Maybe start a rear side to the card where these are recorded?

Brusidian. I totally missed your post, apologies, I have added a license number and as more people ask for them I will keep track of them so that they stay unique

Who is next? Remember if you want changes you can request different information such as your brigade name etc and if you don't want to post publicly you can PM me.

Could you make the PSD available for people with their own editors?
