who win and who loses is not decided by you, neither by team work,
the team who wins is decided by the matchmaking.
why you ask?
after 2 whole days of playing MWO like 7 hours a day i noticed something that happens in every battle, the winning team is full of their own mech, and the team who loses have 3 or 4 trial mech.
they need to fix the matchmaking not only for mech tonnage but by trial mech quantity also.
or handle trial mech battles separatelly.

Winning and losing is determined by pilot skill. Period.
Matching trial mechs would be a good idea though.

Yeah, I've managed to with the help of one friend co-ordinate 6 trial pilots to fighting a team of solid founders and one guy who wasn't a found but he had a Cicada. We were able to pull the game off with only loosing 4 mechs. Its all about co-ordintion and skill to be honest. I've seen founders proving a "point" and were rolling around in all trail centurions. Course this was when LRM's were a little over the top as hell still lol.

this matchmaker should be fixed..its still not fun in a pug.
and its still no fun in a premade..
we need premade vs premade and pug vs pug..would be more fun and challenge for everbody

Are you playing buddy-buddy with another, larger mech? Boring, I know, but at least he'll have someone covering him and you won't be pants down in Thunderdome on FColony.

Or perhaps new players are not as good as experienced ones?
Trial players are grinding, just want to get to next match.
Most players have zero clue about teamwork and everyone goes off to get 'their' kill...

i guess the fact that i took note of that detail speaks to how unusual it is, but it's not impossible

I will say I have a huge gripe with the XL engined mechs, not a fan.

that is the nature of f2p games which require grinding. You do not usually see this kind of behaviour otherwise. It is a very diluted experience as barely 1 in 1 games are with substance the rest are roll overs by 1 side or the other
