I dont think it would as the Concordiat is in the south of the IS as the Clan Invasion comes from the north.

But what if... what if they come from the south this time. Then they take over the entire Davion space and Paul disbands the faction.

That my friend is probably most of the IS's wetdream (with the exception of Liao as then they become what the FRR is now). Some FWL worlds would be taken but that would really be good for them, as a House, as most of them would be trouble causing worlds (Andurien....cough ....cough)..

Hmmm... I'm leaning towards mechanical failure. Although pirate action is possible, I don't see why. Seems wierd that pirates would hit an ore prospecting vessel. Those vessels usually are looking for industrial ores, not precious metals per se. Its a low income yield target. The dropship itself could be the actual prize if the pirates were hurting for transports, I suppose.

Still.... Something doesn't feel right about this. Don't know why. :P

Yes Sir, right there..definitely. I can almost see it as you describe it sir...must have moved sir, yep..one football sized field looks the same as another sir. Yep..completely understand sir, would you just spend a second blowing into this breathaliser sir..nono, just a matter of routine..no big thing really sir..yep, just blow right in there while i put these little shiny bracelets on you..would go well with that dropship that they valet must have moved.

If we've said it once, we've said it a thousand times. "Everyone, remember where we parked". And dropships don't even have a cloaking device.
