Welcome to the Forum!

The Mad Dog/Vulture is a Clan mech. As the Clans are not in this game, and likely won't be for around a year - it won't be in the game at launch. Nor will any other Clan mech.

Vulture is a clan mech.It has not been announced the output of the clans to release.You just have to wait for future developments of this game,there will be exciting news for all.Post closed.
