No, you said, "I am writing to you ON THE BEHALF of the Mechwarrior Online Community...". Your words...you have not been appointed as the spokesperson for the Mecharrior community except on your own...

EDIT: Oh, and wait, I don't see you have spent any money on the game since you are not a Founder...unless you are hiding behind a fake forum account, cause you don't want us to know your pilot name in-game?

As of 90% of us voted no on the 3rd person view, me included, i asked questions regarding that part of the community, read further and you'll see, the point is, if we said no at 90% it means no, but so far we received NO real answers from PGI regarding that issue. I said, and i will say it again, i'm not here to play a 3rd person game, i'm here to play Mechwarior as an FPS like they promised from the start.
As for Razer, they also need to be clear on whether or not they will release the Artemis if the game goes into that state.

Fair enough... but yet again... 90% of a few thousand out the the HUNDREDS of thousands of register'd players... silly I know... stop making it sound like 90% of those HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS voted against it...

Then get off your lazy arse, and get the rest of them to vote as well, it is when you DO something that things get in motion.
So far you are doing absolutely nothing.

Way more than someone crying about it for hours on this thread while doing nothing at all.

Actually, they will accomplish exactly the same thing. Nothing. You are asking the wrong people the wrong/irrelevant questions.

I voted against 3rd person, but still I don't think I need a spokesperson.

And I would buy and use the Artemis controller even for a 3rd person-only 'Mechwarrior game.

Eh... by the way you might have posted it already but where did you get that 90% number from.. just curious (link please)

Also i am pretty sure Razer have a lot more insight in to the development process then you or me.

Just curious, have you used ANY joystick for the game yet. More immersive or not, it borders on unplayable. I think THAT more than anything is going to affect razors decision to go ahead with the project or not.

The dual reticule system and joysticks don't get along well in my opinion. But I'll try it when it's fully implemented. I'd like to switch between "Torso follows arms" or "Arms follow torso" or "lock arms to torso". To me that would help the joystick play alot.

As someone older than the age of 15 I have to say that this is a rediculous conversation. Ozzalin you just need to stop. PGI is not going to discuss thier business decisions with you. Period. Get to grips with it and move on. Or at the very least move onto another game and fill thier forums with this nonesense. If it makes you feel better to send a grammer nightmare to a joystick developer than more power to you.

Second, the Razer joystick contraption looks interesting simply because it carries the MWO asthetic. Outside of the that you can pick up a controller/throttel setup from other joystick manufactures that will do that same thing. You can even paint it in MWO colors and apply warning stickers if that makes you feel better.

Finally, PGI does read all of these forum posts. The more garbage that they need to wade throug for good, solid, mature feedback the less time and resources they have to put into a meaningful gaming expereince. Please keep that in mind before going on some emotional rant.

Moderators, can you please lock this thread. I think this has gone on long enough.

I am asking Razer directly, if they will release the Artemis controller regarding the game having some new implemented 3rd person mode mechanics. Again, i am here to play Mechwarrior as intended, and as promised by PGI since the start, which is an FPS. If players are to invest money in a game, and for compatible products, they need need answers and informations first.

If you think this is wrong or irrelevant. I do not.

@OP: word of advice from a video game designer, you wont get a clear answer, so dont ask for it. I hate to tell you this, but you as an individual player, aren´t important enough to recieve anything else than the typcial:

"We understand that you are passionate about the game and we appreciate it. Sadly we can´t confirm anything at this point in development. Should you still have questions please feel free to contact us."

Sorry thats just how this works.
