So I was excited about finally getting a cicada w/missile hardpoints. I selected it in the menu, was looking right at the image of it, but the mech it gave me was the Death Knell. Um. That's not at all what I wanted, not even close. Now I don't have enough mc for the x5. Sent an email to support, hoping this can be rectified. I don't mind spending money for a game I enjoy, but I do want to get what I ordered.

I just wanted to finalize this thread by stating that their customer service did a fantastic job in correcting this. Basically, they just had me sell the Deathknell, then they deducted the appropriate amount of cbills and refunded back the mc.
When I first attempted to purchase the x-5, I was on the hero tab. Not sure if that had anything to do with it but to play it safe this time I went to the medium tab and selected it there and did successfully get it.
Working customer service myself I know you hear a lot more complaints than appreciation, so I just wanted to say "Thank you"!
