Ok .. color me confused (or with BBQ sauce, whichever you have closest) ... I'm seeing Lone Wolf and Knights of Ni stuff all blended together ... members, website links, etc. ... I'm probably missing something (I can't see between my ears unless I turn really fast) so could someone throw me an org chart?

I ask because I'm looking for someone to eventually hang with something that is beyond the simple term "casual" ... I prefer to "mosey" ... I'd start my own but I've run too many guilds/clans in the last two decades and I'm tired of being the one to bring the meat to the BBQ ... I just wanna bring the beer And both groups mentioned above appear to be similar to what I've run in the past so it has peaked my attention (just my attention, nothing else has peaked so focus on the subject matter you sicko's).

I took a look at the site's login page, and the forum entries above. While I feel the idea behind this is good, I do not think this is right for me.

1. It reeks as another place to give up personnal information without actually knowing anyone.

2. This also feels more like a recruiting office and bootcamp with heavy leanings toward House Kurita. Now understand that I have nothing against House Kurita. There are some good people there. I just feel a site for a Lone Wolf should be more neutral. I should not be left with a feeling that I owe a specific house or merc regiment just for joining a third party.

3. If someone wishes to recruit, they have every right to come speak to me directly to find out what I am about. Be prepared to spend some time with me because I prefer to 'game with friends' rather than 'work for a team name'.

Well your negative comments are not appreciated, and you analysis is absolutely wrong, ask any of our 230 + members

There is only a recruiting page for units, houses to HIre pilots from the Lone Wolves for when the bid on jobs and can't find any pilots in their groups to fulfill the mission

Yeah, you'd fit in well... again not an organized unit, just mech pilots on Team Speak killing other Mech Pilots

Naa Seems odd, but we hope this works for some of ya

HISTORY LESSON TIME: Chuckie was running Knights Who say Ni, then started running matches with us as Lone Wolves. Seems there is not much difference in his ideas, and ours. No Rules, just KIlling in BIg Stompy Mechs....

But not knowing how Faction play is going to really works yet, we see that there might be bidding, or mission oriented matches with Bigger rewards for Organized and Identified units. That leaves Lone Wolves at a disadvantage in making C-Bills, and XP right? So we are waiting to see what happens there....

SO Chuckie runs KWSN, and as a friend We let him have a page under our banner....

Thanks for the answer and the history lesson ... I feel enlightened .... I think ...

From what I've read so far and based on past discussions in CB I have a feeling that even though PGI may not want to put the Lone Wolf at a disadvantage, it may occur in order to balance the other "choices" which would be a stronger purchase market ... business being business. That is a discussion for another thread, however (listens for skidding tires) so returning to the topic ...

I may just need to apply to both and get in your Teamspeaks ... if for any other reason but to BE the Chicken ... it IS my name (long story on that one).

OK just had to say what a great time last night!! I have a feeling is was a quiet night.. not much picking on each other or banter back and forth but it sure wasnt boring either

I have joined guild/clans/groups in the past and most everyone of them have way to much drama and e-peens going about so have spent a large part of my gaming lone wolfing it and making do... This is the PERFECT enviroment for me... just a group of people with no more agenda then kicking butt and having a good time... Honestly to me there isnt much more fun then hooking up with a group of guys that just wants to go shoot stuff in the face and blow off steam and this is exactly what goes on!!!

My K/D ratio frankly sucks.... my win lose ratio from all the pugs sucks..... last night I think we did 5 or 6 games after I joined up and we won everyone of them... think I died once (damned streakcats) but still ended up with a big k/d for the night.. few more nights of this and hell I might even get my stats to look decent

No agenda no bullcrap(other then the good kind) no e-peens swinging......this IS the place for me to be simple as that....
