EDIT:
Alternate answer: SRM6 if you can aim, SSRM2 if you can't.

I personaly like the srm6 over the ssrm2, but both have their place, it all depends how you wanna play.

Can you aim ballistics or can you not aim ballistics (SRMs behave very similar)?
If yes you might find the SRM6 a lot better since it puts out more damage per volley.
If no you will love the SSRM since you will not waste nearly as much potential damage with it.
With the further spread in my view the streak will not be more or less useful for killing lights than a ML or MPL.

SRM6 and a lot of ammo if you can't aim, 2 hits out of 6 is still more damage than 1 out of 2. Once they fix the targeting on the streaks I'd use those for fending off lights. Don't use artemis unless you actually can aim.

All have 270 range, you get 2.5 damage per missile and for the SRMs the more missiles the weapon fires the bigger the spread, unless you have artemis. Streaks are homing but miss about half the time, so until that's fixed they're not very useful.
ess you actually can aim.

range is same on both.
SRM6 has higher damage per volley with only slightly slower refire rate.
For the spread we will have to wait until the next changes to SSRM are done (they're announced to be spread across the three torso section, which is a shot you can also get any day with a SRM6 or SRM6+Artemis).

I belive the ssrm is about 300 m range, and i don't belive it's spread is too bad at any range though it's damage is a lot lower than the srm6, it does have the ability to lock onto a target. The srm6 can not lock on though.
