Everyone misses the B at the end...
Anyway, I used to make music packs for an old game I no longer play. It supported a very archaic (track based) exploring + fighting transition system. I hope they just do the game justice with the music.
I'm going to be re-iterating what I said in the thread on the beta forums...
The music would need to be dynamic taking in to account multiple situations. Be it, hiding, spotting, on-approach, idle, shut down, attacking (long range), attacking (short range), under assault, base being captured, enemy nearby (doesn't know you're there), and damage critical. At least, this is what I feel it should have as far as "circumstantial" music. An even more basic idle/moving and fighting transition would still work just as well.
Edit: Oh, and the ability to toggle it on/off and adjust it's individual volume level.. I like my music pretty quiet for most games (25-30%).
