Jump Jets can no longer be activated when knocked down
So....is this some kinda way of saying the knock down is working again, or..just for some reason if a jenner gets knocked down it cant use JJ in the future?

No its to stop the jump jets from being on all the time when a mech dies while jump jetting.

Nope. nothing substantive this patch at all besides a dogged unwillingness to actually fix things.

i think this may have been to address the known issue of a mech that was destroyed while jump jets were active... continued to sound as though the jumpjets were firing, or showed jumpjets exhaust on the destroyed mech
just a guess though

I wouldn't expect knockdowns for awhile. I'm thinking that they are trying to find a way to make them less of an occurance so people don't have teamates just bowl down a mech in order to render it helpless. That could take awhile.

No KDs. pretty useless fix. i actually liked seeing dead mechs firing their jump jets on their corpses.
