Can you still turn it on using the same CFG change mentioned in an earlier thread? (I don't have time to dig it up sorry)

I checked the files.

It definitelly sounds different than MW2 voice lines.

The same sh*it voice filters of place holders files was used over the new voice.

It sounds almost the same as placeholder files, but this time they piched down the voice pace.

They must fire the sound enginner. They killed Carole Ruggier voice.

EDIT: Its not complete yet.

Some lines dont use filters, others are picthed up, others are pitched down. Its definitelly a mess.

Had done this 2-3 weeks ago, but haven't heard the voice in over a week. Not sure what happened as I still have it set up in my user.cfg file.

When I finally get to hear these words again:

"Reactor online.

Sensors online.

Weapons online.

All systems nominal."

...my life will be just a little bit better.

Me too man. They said it was going be in this patch, they just said the sound files were all finished and said to listen to the new trailer etc...

WTF is so hard about putting in a voice?

Really now.... It's getting old when they say "So and so is gonna be in" and then the patch comes out and it's not.

Well, if they delayed the BB to squash a game breaking bug instead I'm fine with that (if they'd list all the stuff they actually really fix beyond QQ-ers "nerf this/buff that" quota they would need a staff member only for this).
Still, excited to get computer voice in the game, hoping for next patch!

the hard part is the time since they already have a lot of more critical things to do.
