Why would a company lock such a thread topic?
The man has legitimate complaints and or points of view to discuss with the community, yet they lock his thread?

Not moderating the flame posts of your diehards, Biased moderation. Check
I'm a die hard flame poster, and I got reprimanded.

Disconnect from community that projects contempt and negative goodwill. Check
