Can't Buy Mc

I was trying to take advantage of the 20% free offer, but between Playspan and Paypal I can't complete the purchase... when I log in to paypal it gives me no options to fill in a billing address, but it comes up with a message at the bottom saying that playspan requires a billing address...

the result is that paypal say it's fine and I can complete, but playspan / MWO website then comes back with an error message

how do I fix this?

I have a similar problem. I keep entering my credit card information....but there is no button to click to actually submit that information.

Nor is there a submission button to submit information to create an account for Ultimatepay.

Something I'm missing?

I have bought MC before with my card and today its not taking my card it tells me to contact my credit card company. Which shows no problems. and its the same card. Issue is not with my bank.

also will not let me log in to ultimate play.

yep, I've just tried credit card as well and it's being rejected too

I've emailed support but don't expect an answer before the offer expires... hopefully they'll extend the offer to account for problems.. if not then they obviously don't want my money till the next big offer they do

Ive tried my credit and debit card. Also my Paypal account. This isn't the first time this has happened to me... sometimes it appears to work and other times it doesn't.

I want to throw my monies at you mwo... buts the evil website wont let me...

I got a response... basically if you try to make a payment from a location or via a proxy that doesn't match the country it thinks you should be in then it fails, but if you email support they can get your account whitelisted to account for the mismatch

I got an e-mail from Ultimatepay which only repeats the help topic. My info is the same it was 2 months ago when i used same card that is in their system. I have no idea what you mean by a whitelist.

Also having an issue. The site says everything worked but no MC has shown up yet. I'll keep an eye on my card, if the charges show up and the MC doesn't expect a charge back.

looks like they've extended the offer by one day, lets hope they get the payments sorted in the extra day

I tried several times to buy mc but the screen just refreshes when i click on "continue" And now i have to email support just to frigging buy stuff from you! It's appaling.

How many players tried but failed and didn't bother posting about it or bother emailing support?? Micro transactions are supposed to be a spur of the moment thing, and you are losing out on completely honest and eager customers.

FIX THIS PIRAHANA! Seriously. It's like the cash register at a store broke and you can't buy anything.

If i have to bother this much, nevermind. ill take my money elswhere and when im bored with the game ill go play elswhere too.

SO SO SO frustrating.

I'm also having payment problems! I select the amount of MC credits I want - and a window pops up which does NOT show everything on that webpage. It STARTS by loading, and then a box pops up which says "CREDIT CARD ERROR: email is already registered. Please log in or recover your password"

But I never ENTERED any credit card info! So then, I enter my credit card info, and it says my email address isn't found.
So THEN, I try and register for UltimatePlay, and it says my e-mail address is in use!
And so I tried using a DIFFERENT e-mail address... and I have the same problem!

Can't register. Can't log in. Can't buy MC credits. This is a STUPID stupid problem to have!!!

It's infuriating to be a customer who finally commits to spending and then finds there's no way to pay.

I'm a newbie who used to play MW way back... but I tried three times to buy MC with my credit card, when I click continue...it does nothing but clear all the boxes and reset. Very frustrating...

Wow... so here we are again... I go from, being able to purchase points to not being able to. Paypal doesn't work, and neither does my debit/credit card. They both work elsewhere, just not here. I've never had this problem, and when I emailed ultimatepay they quite literally just gave me a automated response to my problem. It basically told me that I must have a problem on my end, yet, why did it start working all of a sudden the day after the sale ended?

This is high frustrating and extremely unprofessional. I'm not changing anything on my end, yet ultimatepay seems to just decide from one week to the next if its going to able to purchase anything.
Im kind of at a loss for how to fix this. I guess ill just have to get lucky.

Somehow I think PGI will get onto your issue much faster then they will onto an ECM fix.

don't bother emailing ultimatepay... email support@mwomercs.com and they will sort you out :)

if you are persistent and polite, you might still get the 20% bonus if they can see that you did try to buy during the sale
