whats it mean if u beat and enemy mech that seems afk and it says (insert name here) has beat (nameless)??

You've killed someone who has disconnected or is otherwise unavailable in the game.

If it says
Redshift 2k5 has killed
and there is no name, they were disconnected. If the mech is at base, most likely they crashed trying to load the match and were never in the game, but if they are out in the field then thye may have hit alt-f4 or quit match right before you killed them (cheaters)

beating DCed players has no effect on your C-bills does it??

Far as I know you don't get the kill or points tallied for damage done, you only finish the match quicker. So save the ammo for the "living" enemies first.
