I'm not sure what kind of bug this qualifies as, and I couldn't search up anything similar.

Sometimes, in the middle of a game, ALL players will freeze in place. Their legs are still moving, but they aren't actually getting anywhere. At least, that's how it appears to me. I, however, can still move around. Chat does not update. Perhaps its some sort of disconnection that does not result in me being kicked from the game on my computer?

This is happening to me about once every 10 games.

Usually if the everyone else is frozen in place, the problem is with your connection. If it resumes a little later, you probably had a lag spike i.e. short loss of connection with the server and were able to reconnect before you timed out on the server side.

This sounds like a problem with your internet connection. If you are using wireless, try using a cable instead.

Absolutely sounds like a connection problem your end.

This is exactly what I was suffering from until I cleared Spyware from another machine on my home network.

I'd suggest you get your machine and any others on the same network checked with a good anti-spyware programme like Malwarebytes, the free version is good enough to get rid of things.

Makes sense that this would be on my end, though for some reason this issue has only started appearing since the last patch.

I'll do a scan and see if anything shows up.
