ok, im just wondering if i will have any space issues if i use this cooler with this case
cooler: http://www.newegg.ca...N82E16835103056
case: http://www.newegg.ca...3&Tpk=blackbone
(note: i usually have the side panel propped up against the case so there wont be any height issues.)

Wow, what a ridiculous thing that is. I can't even find any legit reviews on the thing, only a couple paid ones. Get something respectable like this:

This one is probably on par with your beast:

Just get a good copper heatsink. You dont need a fancy jet engine looking thing.

first off, i recommend staying away from the V10. While it's great while it lasts, generally the active cooling element fails within a year or two, after which it is outperformed by $30 coolers, and even with active cooling, closed loop systems for $30 less or so are better.
Air heatsinks which will give you near the same performance for less $$$:

Water closed loops:

Second, if you're spending that much on a CPU cooler, I would recommend getting a better case. Significantly. The blackbone is okay.. if you're living in 2006. It still has a top-mounted PSU, which is a bad thing for longevity on the case.
For a similar price, this Zalman is a far better choice in a case; http://www.newegg.ca...N82E16811235037
And this Antec is a better choice as well; http://www.newegg.ca...N82E16811129042

I am using a Coolermaster hyper 212 and it keeps my OC 2500K at very reasonable temps even when under heavy load.

Before I get into any conversation about CPU cooling, I generally ask the person 3 simple questions.
1) Do you plan to overclock your CPU?
2) What CPU?
3) What computer case do you have?
If the answer to 1 is no, I generally suggest a decent aftermarket cooler (heck even stock usually works). Cooler Master Hyper 212 works well enough for most people.
If the person plans to overclock, then the other 2 questions actually mean something.
Now if the op is determined to stick with that cooler then the answer to their question is that there shouldn't be a problem getting that cooler inside that case but I still suggest looking at another cooler.

There's the argument for noctua over closed loop water [say an H60/H80]
The only downside is the sheer MASSIVE SIZE of the thing >.>
You can get a corsair H80 for similar price, MUCH smaller footprint, and comparable cooling.
For an air cooler though. . . the NH D-14 keeps pace with most closed pre-fab closed loop systems [PRE FAB. . not custom, sheesh]
